First things first. He has hair. Watch out Labour. Last Tory leader with a good thatch was primeminister. Secondly he can speak without stumbling and looks like a nice chap. Bit posh. Eton and PPE first from Brasenose, but shucks even the upper classes deserve a fair crack of the whip. Secondly he understands the big lesson of modern politics, triangulation, steal the other party's words on their popular issues whilst having some ok policies on their weak ones. He could make Brown look like a wrinkled up Scottish windbag socialist. Final point: the tories are so stoopid he may not become leader.
