Review

it wasn't one of those art safari programs with that super faux naif geek Ben Lewis, he who speaks 8 languages and writes and directs documentaries, and pretends he's a 6 year old when asking question or narrating, a kind of masterful socratic demonstration of his superiority. I saw one yesterday on that spanish artist who blocked up the lisson. The show WAS interesting and made me think that political artists, ones who challenge curators and institutions, are fighting the easiest of targets, as who loves criticism and difficulty more than the oh so liberal art establishment. Political art is a contradiction in terms, as art is useless, and politics about doing something.
