Been trying to sub-let my bedsit flat. Had someone in the other day. They said it's cosy. Not good enough. Just sign the dotted line. The second person who saw it walked in and then straight out again. At least I got to practise my Spanish. It does make me clean my living space, and make it look tidy. Suddenly I become house proud and sensitive about what people think of my home. It's all very character-building.
