He's made an impressionist effort and so good for him. Fucked up the mouth. Technically looks like it was produced by a machine for making photos into-pseudo pointillism. Nice warm colours. Hands are always like that in Royal Portraits. Would liven up an old folks home. She looks australian, like sir les patterson ( who's not real and not ozzie??). The dignity of the queen reaches new low. Hurrah.
