other peoples birthday parties. annual events where you see the same people as last year, who you don’t like much or you would have made friends with them years ago. Intrinsically these things can never be good. One person who every one likes surrounded by strained conversation and niceties. see if you can remember something abut their monotony, if you listened last year, alternatively baffle them with nonsense and they will continue to see you as something of an odd ball.
