Or, in other words, Doherty is taken seriously by the establishment, which is sort of sweet, but also questionable. It's not like they talked about his work much, just dwelt on the same subjects that preoccupy the hacks at the Sun and Heat - what drugs he's taking, what went wrong between him and, as Private Eye might say, a blond woman. The brunette golden boy is, himself, a wreck, which shouldnt' surprise anyone, but it is kind of a shock to see just how dull and charmless his half-asleep lobotomy case persona is. Drugs are bad, kids.
