Review

Returned from the Hogamany with Scottish paper money to the bemusement of a taxi driver, a Netto salesperson and Lewis's. The heating was down in the house and no food to speak of. Chioma defrosted some Nigerian-style cooking; I relied on an earlier Honolulan hamburger ( pineapple, bacon; very ncie). Eventually topped it up with Asda 'truly special' biscuits which gave me a headache. 'Withnail and I' tried to comfort us. Retired to the presidential suite with three hot water bottles. Am still apprehensive of these devices after my grandmother was badly burnt when her's burst, but maybe the design has improved since then ( France, 70s).
