Booked a meal with the Times Dine with wine offer, £10, instead of usual £10 without vouchers. These have now been superceded by Telegraph £5 and Times £5. Always mention offer once you have booked, otherwise they are reluctant to accept you. But they might try and pull a fast one on you. All part of the fun.
4/10, no bread, served with canteen cuttlery and plates, making salad look quite unappetising. Starters passable, but coconut sauce with fish too watery. Service retiring to the point of invisible, but not without pleasantness. Invite your friends and gate-crash their relatives for pudding.
