Review

£3.50 for a chicken burger, but the chicken is from happy birds we think. £3.50 for a venison sausage. £3.50 for a beef burger with mouldy cheese on it. Bustling pushy couples hurtle past elbows bashing unaware of nothing but what they need. In a queue whose end never comes, a young normal-looking man is arranging for his friends to go to a football game and watch in a corporate box, drinks laid on, don't have to dress up. The Brownies, all world famous to someone, shat out in massive sheets, are sickly chocolate death slabs. Food, the obsession of those who are never hungry, is glorified, its prices inflated in all its dazzling simplicity and purity.
