Review

An enjoyable film, both for its small details (Levi's paraphenalia) as for its big themes (forbbidden love in cowboy country). A slow start was actually welcomed by myself and my pardner as we had been mistakedly placed in the first row. Lots of big vistas and bootiful scenery was not lost on us. Some confusion as to the progress of time, you worked out the characters' ages by their maturing facial hair. At least it was not some trite Nixon announcement. Film had a pleasantly rambling road-movie feel about it. One of the characters treks around Texas etc. while the other guy is stuck in domestic angst. The rambler saves him from this through male-bondage fishing trips. Will redemption come in full? Well you'll just have to pay the £1.10 booking fee and get lumped in the first row to find out.

P.S. Theatreworld gets the seating right, graded seat prices. Why don't cinemas do the same?
