Thanks for your feedback.

I've read William Blum. I am well aware of the hideous human rights abuses of US administrations.

However, I don't think that justifies the slaughter of three thousand innocent civilians. And neither would most people in the Arab world.

But Milne strongly hints that it does. As if a bunch of stockbrokers in a publicly owned building were responsible for Vietnam, Iran/Contra, Pinochet and all the other sorry crimes. He can't distinguish between the actions of government and those of its citizens.

Targeting innocent civilians is a crime- full stop.
