You are right about Ebay's customer support, it is shit. There are a lot of scammers on Ebay but did you know that most of the elaborate scams are done by Ebay and Paypal employees. They are the people who know how the system really works and once you know how to work the system there is no stopping you. Pyramid sites, fake credit card transactions (especially for mobile phones)fake ebay ID's are to name but a few in the long line of scams. Even if your adverts are better than theirs they will have you!! I remember a friend purchased £800 of FILA stock to sell as it was selling on ebay at inflated prices. He placed his adverts on (costing £150 in listing fees)then all his ads were pulled and had to be re-listed cos he had mentioned Bjorn Borg in the advert yet Bjorn Borgs name was plastered all over the Fila page on the site and nobody else got their ads pulled. He re-listed then they were pulled again over something stupid (cant remember what it was)at which point he was charged another £150 to re-list everything. Its pretty strange that none of the power sellers doing the same thing got pulled, in fact no, its not strange at all if you think about it for a minute (powersellers/employees)it all starts to make perfect sense. Ebay is the biggest spot on the online arse and should be pulled offline.
