The govt. should ban sex as it is mostly done these days for sin. It has a high risk of terminal disease and is frequently the cause of mental health issues and so forth.
Food is another candidate for a complete public ban, messy and associated with chronic obesity and smells on public transport. Meals should be strictly a private affair for consenting adults in the home.
Let us extend the protection of the fundamental freedom from death, to all matters of public existence. Private members clubs to be exempt from the ban on anti-social sexual behaviour.
