I don't see that the government has gone too far wanting to stop all smoking. I've lost count of the number of times I've been blasted by somebody, selfishly lost in their own smoking world. Yesterday it happened to me waiting at the train platform. The person seemed oblivious to all around.
I think areas should be provided for smokers in bars or clubs, like rooms in offices etc. Surely on this issue the government is just responding to the majority opinion.
