For all the furore about Blair having the discourtesy to mention God, in our Church of England State. And my general amusement that right wing bigots would find this annoying, because they hate Blair and Labour, and will condemn their own traditional values if necessary. What stands out is this:
Blair is a brilliant superb communicator, a natural on TV, and an excellent and outstandingly reasonable politician, and seems an all right guy doing his considerable best. Of course the haters ( the former Blair lovers scorned by the inevitable passing of time demanding novelty) will say oh how awful what a fake and phony silly grinning cheshire cat, lets get that terribly real old etonian man of the people nice guy Cameron in. Deja Vu all over again.
