Same rather worthy, and well informed college student approach, to big issue as in Traffic, by same guy, with cynicism at its most obvious. Watchable without one really needing to engage in the plot twists, just get the general idea of CIA messing up worthy Oil princes attempt to improve something. And Matt Damon.. MADD DamONNN, as only one who survives to give us a happy family ending. Like a pop video for people who think they're clever.
